Scope of this Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the Health Journal Keeper mobile application and related services operated by Aleksander Mikolaj Sznober-Krolicki (the “Service Provider”).

Health Journal Keeper is designed to help you reflect on nutrition, activity, water intake, wellbeing, and everyday patterns without creating a server-side health profile. The Application does not collect, log, sell, share, or store personal information through normal use.

Information the Application does not collect
The Application does not collect personal information from your normal use of Health Journal Keeper. Registration is not required, and the Service Provider does not create a cloud account or a personal health profile.
Nutrition entries, activity logs, water records, mood or energy check-ins, notes, tags, streaks, trends, and similar journal information are not collected by the Service Provider.

Health information
Health Journal Keeper is a personal journaling utility. It does not send your journal contents to the Service Provider and does not use your entries for advertising, profiling, or automated health decisions.
Important: any insights shown in the Application are intended as personal journaling summaries and are not a medical diagnosis.

Location and tracking
The Application does not collect precise or approximate device location and does not track your activity across other applications or websites.

Third-party sharing
Because the Application does not collect personal information, it does not sell or share personal information with advertisers, analytics providers, data brokers, or other third parties.

Data Retention
The Service Provider does not maintain a server-side database of your personal information, journal history, nutrition records, activity records, water entries, wellbeing entries, trends, or notes.
Retention period for personal data collected by Health Journal Keeper: none. Since the Application does not collect or store personal data on the Service Provider’s servers, there is no server-side personal-data retention period for normal app use.

Data Deletion
There is no server-side personal data to delete because Health Journal Keeper does not collect or retain personal information through normal use.
Local data remains under your control. If journal information is stored locally on your device, you can remove it using the Application’s controls, your device’s app-storage settings, or by uninstalling Health Journal Keeper.
If you voluntarily contact the Service Provider by email, you may request deletion of information contained in that correspondence by writing to agnieszka98kowalczyk@gmail.com.

Network communication
If the Application accesses an online resource, ordinary internet communication may temporarily involve technical routing information such as an IP address. The Service Provider does not retain that information for profiling, advertising, or tracking.

Children’s privacy
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher minimum age where applicable law requires one. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Application.

Security
A design that avoids centralized collection of personal information reduces exposure risk. However, no device, network, or technical system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Changes to this Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated if the Application, its functionality, or applicable requirements change. The current version will be published with a revised effective date.
